The Kansas Legislature has overturned the veto by the democRAT governor.

Kansas has a CHL law on the books.

It is indeed great news for Kansas residents. I'm guessing the last state to get shall issue will be Hawaii (as in it shall never happen). I wonder if it is because they may be thinking it will drive the tourist trade away? We'll just have to keep fighting the good fight one battle at a time.
