Friend's son

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Friend's son

Post by jimlongley »

I work with a man, whom I consider a friend, whose son, Jeremy, was recently deployed to the backwoods of Afghanistan.

Jeremy's vehicle was blown up a couple of days ago and he suffered grevious injuries, it looks like he may lose one or both of his lower legs.

I ask that you add this hero to your daily prayer lists - my friend Joe and Jeremy's wife are on their way to Germany now to be with him, but he has not yet been transported, they are waiting for him to stabilize, so I also request your prayers for them.

Jeremy and his family are on my daily prayer list. My family will pray for this hero's rapid recovery.

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me
