Driver Needed

Charles gave me the idea about recruiting here.

I need a driver/warehouseman here in Fourchon, LA. It's way down in South Louisiana and about a 7 hour drive from Houston. The position is 7 days on 7 days off. So basically you work a week straight and then you are off that next week. I pay anywhere from $11.50 to $13.00 an hour depending on qualifications. After 4-6 months you get full benefits. That includes health, dental, vision, long-term and short term disability, prescription co-pay, and 401k matching. My guys average around a 100 hours during the week they are here so you can plan on getting 50-60 hours of overtime a week.

The job entails pulling material, preparing orders, warehouse and building up-keep, and driving a 1-ton flatebed and making deliveries around a very large energy port. We are a very large company that employs over 30,000 people world wide and just got named by the Chronicle as Houston's number 1 publicly traded company. There is unlimited room for growth here. No CDL required, and none will be needed. The company is National Oilwell Varco. Chouest is one of the docks we deliver to and one of our customers.

i dont think they want to pay his rate and driving a 1ton may be a bit of a downgrade from his normal equipment
