Without the black humor:
It's been slow and boring at work. So I went to Academy and bought one of those el cheapo spring powered airsoft pistols. http://www.academy.com/index.php?page=c ... 03153-2804
Rather than mope around, I decided set the target up on my toolbox and blast away. Fun. It is surprisingly accurate. It's kind of a drag to have to rack the slide for every shot, but whaddaya want for $20? I can still practice drawing to the shot, sight picture, etc.
Let me try this again....

You can always upgrade to the CO2 powered version -- I think they are about $70 plus or minus a bit.
Maybe I should break down and get one -- did you or someone else(where) post about putting adhesive on the target to avoid having to chase the pellets?
PS> I had my first run of 20 "perfect" laser shots today (at 11 1/2 yards, indexing only -- no aiming with sights) so it was a good day here too.
