The Texas Medical Board had a backlog of 100 days for approving medical licenses. They just announced that they have worked though the backlog:

One of my co-workers just got her new DL, and to say her picture quality was a bit lacking... well, that'd be an understatement!
so I guess the license maker machine is still running a bit funky.
