Instructors` Packet question

Just got my Instructors` packet , question...
The grey form ( CR-90T ) , it if you ( I ) have every successfully completed a handgun instructors training course. I have`nt . Then it asks if I`m with the standards of the handgun instructor`s training course that I completed. Not sure on this question.
Pretty much all the questions I`m going to answer no on.Does that matter since I`m new to the instructor thing.
I have`nt made my mind up where I`m going to teach yet.
So what I guess I`m askingdo I just answer no to all the questions since I have`nt completed an instructors` course , and I don`t teach any firearms courses>
Any help please....

They want to know if you are already a certified POST or other qualifying instructor so that you could take the short class. Since you are not, then just answer "no" and you will be signed up for the 40 hour class.

If you don't know where you are going to teach, just answer "no" to that one too.

Ok , thank you for the info. I just want o tmake sure I get all my ducks lined in a row , so there is nothing to slow down my application.
