I would put about || <----that much weight into that 60 days time frame as prescribed by law.

I talked to DPS yesterday. They said applications are averaging 120 days.
04/19/08 - Took Class
4/25/08 – Packet received by DPS
5/1/08 – Check cleared my bank
7/21/08 – Rec’d PIN
08/28/08 - Heather called - license being mailed out today.

Yeah, but that time doesn't start till they open your package and make sure everything is complete, then it goes "in the system". That alone can take months. Mine took almost three months. Still waiting since they received my package in early March.
