Harris county background checks

Does anyone have any ideal how long it is taking Harris county to get the background checks back? My application was sent off in June. According to what dps is telling me, the county where I live(san jacinto) has completed my background check. But I work out of Harris county and dps is waiting for their background check. Just wondering if anyone from Harris county can provide any info. Tks
