I wonder what the breakdown across those categories would look like.

76 "lost" firearms over five years. That's very interesting, since an FFL can lose their license in a heartbeat if even one firearm is "missing" from inventory. The BATFE routinely labels such errors as "willful" and grounds for revocation.
