This dad showed incredible restraint by not pumping this guy full of lead. Most likely he confronted the guy unarmed.

In Texas, the cause of death would have been more easily determined upon the arrival of the police - no coroner needed.

Three 230Gr .45ACP projectiles in a nice 2 inch group in the chest. ;-)
