Could you pass the U.S. citizenship test?

Venus, you've got to be kidding. If this is the test for citizenship, God help us all.

I believe it should be reasonably easy to become a legal citizen:
- no felony background, & no ties to terrorist groups
- not addicted to controlled substances
- have a basic knowledge of the country's history, current events and political/financial structure (one should never stop learning, however!)
- willing to take on all responsibilities of a full citizen, such as seeking gainful employment, voting, jury duty and paying taxes (yes, I consider voting to be a responsibility, not just a right)

How many of us have ancestors who became citizens simply by coming here with a dream of making a better life for themselves and their families? Or, through honorable service in the military? This country needs those who are coming here the right way, for the right reasons.

It should be very hard to stay in the country illegally, however.

Yeah, they haven't updated the test since the Freddie/Fannie bailout. It's no longer a "Capitalist economy or Free market" economy, but they said I was wrong when I answered "Democratic Socialism".

I figured that since they hadn't used the correct name, but did have the colloquial term, that must be the one they were looking for.
