My brother needs help

All, my brother is going through a very difficult time right now. He recently achieved his Ph.D., and has started a new job, but his health has declined to the point that he cannot even function, and is not sure he's going to be able to keep his job. Doctors have been unable to find the cause of his problems, and while they are continuing to run tests, they're running out of ideas. Your prayers are appreciated.
