Open Carry Laws?

Post by Furyataurus »

Should "Open Carry" be signed into law in TX what changes do you see coming? Like the 30.06 sign and the list of where you can't carry. What about "training"? Is there going to a seperate card for "Open Carriers"? What about Retention holsters, are they going to be mandatory? How about when an "Open Carrier" deals with police?

If you do a quick search you should be able to find the answers to most of these questions.

It would depend entirely on how the law was written.

If such a bill were to be submitted, it's hard telling how many compromises would have to be included to get it passed.

At this point, speculation is worse than futile (IMHO).

Last time I made a suggestion on an OC thread I got verbally spanked by PM too.
