rule question (rule 13)

I understand the rule, and have no problem with it... but can I post a WTB thread in the buy/sell forum before reaching full mamber status? (I've been here a while, just don't post a lot)

Yes you can. We had to adopt the 45 post rule for selling items because we had people joining solely or primarily to sell something.
