When I was unemployed, I had tons of 2nd interviews.

If'n you don't get the job or a third interview, what are you looking for? What kind of work/experience do you have? IT is a pretty broad category.

I am debating posting my resume here. I have been meaning to email chas and ask for the job board to be openmed up to certain levels of members so we can feel safe posting personally indentifiable info.

I understand your concern and I wouldn't post confidential information either. There is no way for me to limit access to a sub-forum based upon the number of posts, without a mod. One exists, but I haven't had time to research it to see if people are having trouble with it.
