For indoor I use a Ranier or Berry's plated 230gr RN over 5.1 gr. of WIN 231. Winchester or CCI primer. Brass is range pick up.
Out door it's a 200gr lead SWC 5.1 gr. of Win 231. Winchester or CCI primer.
I only load .45ACP and those loads shoot very well in my gun.
