I can't help with the Glock, but I think you'll find many powders work well for .45acp. I've had good luck with the following: WW231 (though you need to get close to max for USPSA major), HS-6, N340.

I'm currently using Green Dot; there isn't a lot of load data around compared to other powders, but it burns clean and seems to do a good job with 200gr bullets. I may try Longshot at some point.
