Willis, Wednesday, November 26 -- 8-year-old boy mailed by "pit bulls," airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston.

Neighbors said there were usually so many dogs loose in the area that many people were afraid to walk the streets.

Makes you wonder how they came up with the postage, it had to be expensive.
