For the record the fax number listed on various sites for them is actually the phone number for two people called Casey and Jocelyn. Apparently they are considering getting into the holster business as they receive several enquires a day

Have you called Milt Sparks and requested the fax number, as their instructions state on their contact page?

They are clear on their policy of not publishing the fax number.

Yes, I got this sorted in the end. I wanted a fax number because their phone was engaged every time I tried it and with their monthly quota policy I wanted to get an order in ASAP. Asking people to phone them for the fax number is all well and good (and I did see that note on their site) provided you can actually get through without spending the day on redial. The price of success eh. Anyway I'm now all ordered up, so roll on June &c
