Realtor for Ranches?

So I'm just beginning my quest into a search for 50 +/- acres of land that can be used for hunting and family retreats. I am finding that this is not as simple as a 'House Hunting' Realtor. Everything is so far away. Does anyone have any advice or know of any good contacts that works the Uvalde / Rocksprings /Del Rio area?
