huntin lease/land for sale

I hope I not posting in the wrong place, but I've a variety of post here other than photos....So here goes.

I'm looking for a deer/hog lease prefer a couple of hour drive from Houston, but open to further locations. I originally was paying 500.00 year round in Edwards county, but they have since sold the land. I was able to hunt hog year round and deer of course during season and would like something similar.

I'm also open to buying some hunting land nothing big about hundred acres maybe less dependent on location. Prefer owner finance I just realized today doing some research that banks want 20% - 30% down. Honestly, I can't offered that maybe more like 10% and of course monthly payments.
