Assistant Pastor

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Assistant Pastor

Post by carlson1 »

My Assistant Pastor was burned late Saturday night. He was burned over 1/2 his body. He was taking the Parkland burn unit in Dallas. He is married with 5 children. His first name is James. Please pray for his recovery and the family.
Thanks

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

I have been through the ordeal with a family member being severely burned. It is a tough road to recovery, but they can do some really wonderful things now these days. Will keep the family and church family in the prayers.

Please keep us apprised of his condition when possible.

Lord we lift up James to you and ask you to reach down and touch him with healing and love, give him strength and above all reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. Give his family the peace and strength to endure this hardship, and please provide for there needs, physical and Spiritual.

Thanks TX for the offer. Our Church is helping take care of fixing their meals for the week. I talked to him several times today and he is doing well. We are just praying for his quick recovery. He will be off work and he is one of our main workers at the Church. He is already missed.

Thanks for the prayers.
