Ugh. I honestly cannot believe another 800+ billion dollars are just going to be thrown around like it's monopoly money.

With an estimated 140 Million tax returns, that's more than $5,000 per 1040.

If we exclude the filers who pay zero US income tax, it's more than $8,000 per tax return.

I wonder how much more it would stimulate the economy if they left the money in the wallets of the taxpayers.
