I'm sorry folks, I forgot to post I'm located in the DFW; North Plano.
I'd like to keep it local, face to face to a CHL holder *preferably* :thumbs2:

Good luck selling it, fine weapon you have there. Friend of mine has the 4" and it is fun to shoot. I would not trade my Ultra CDP II for anything, or his big brother the full size CDP II !!!

It is a fine weapon, you are right.
I'm a bit hesitant in selling it to buy the Ultra. (since mine's been proven to work just fine) And with Kimber you just never know, is a hit or miss type of deal.

I know Ultras can be problematic at times (due to the size of barrel and slide) and this Pro pistol's been 100% reliable after the break in period.
How do you like your ultra? have you had any issues at all with it?
Does it feed hollow points with no issues?

I had a few FTF in the early period of break in, less than 100 rounds or so. Since then it has been flawless. I could not be happier with it. It eats everything I feed it as well. I too was unsure when I bought it but do not regret it one bit. We are inseperable! :fire :txflag:

Of my 4 Kimbers, the CDP Ultra II is the newest, it was a gift from my wife this past Christmas.

500 rounds down range so far and not one problem. It's the first time I have had that kind of luck with either of my Kimbers. Looks like they got it right with the Ultra CDP II !
