Online status Not working with hughesnet

Post by Muhr »

Just wondering, I am getting to the https://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/NAS ... AppManager page, and getting nothing when continue is pressed, anyone else seeing this?

I have only been able to try from 1 computer, but have tried different browsers.

I don't know if I will be able to sleep without my daily dose of "application processing"!

Worked fine for me just now. There was a notice about people being able to read my keystrokes, but when I clicked "Proceed", it brought up the expected page.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or rebooting your computer?

Thanks,
Have tried clearing and restarting, but just wanted to confirm the problem was on 'my end'.

Strange as it might be, after attempting other computers on a connection similar to my own (sat, hughesnet) shows the same inability to start the application (it worked normally before 2/27). Connections via dialup allowed the status application to work properly on the same hardware.

I am on Hughesnet and I am experiencing the same problem. I don't need to check as I have my plastic in my wallet. I just thought I would check and confirm that Hughesnet seems to have a problem connecting.

yea, I figured since I had diagnosed the issue I am having to connection type, I will leave this post out there for others stuck in the same situation. I had no problem accessing the site via hughesnet before Friday (2/27) and suspect that it will clear up next week. Until then, I will accept my daily "Application Processing" via dialup.

Hopefully my 'modem' noises will chase away the "application incomplete-- missing information" demons and attract the most elusive of prey.... "application completed"
