Green Texas Flag; what is it?

I saw a Texas flag the other day, but:

Where the blue field belongs, it was dark green (with white star).

Where the red field belongs, it was light green.

Where the white field belongs, it was either white or a very pale green.

Any ideas?

It was a sticker on a smaller pickup in Denton. Had a lot of Obamaluv and other stickers.

Oh....and a D for Deutchland sticker.

In High School I was a big Europe fan, then I spent a few months there. They make GREAT beer, GREAT churches, and that is about it. Costs too high and girls too harry....

I believe that the flag you see is the "University of North Texas" version of the real Texas flag.

UNT is the home of the "Mean Green".

Since you are in Denton, home of UNT, you will probable see a lot more of these since you have now
noticed one.
