What's cooking for Easter Dinner?

Post by Tallinthesaddle »

Rather than talk politics and the economy, how about what's if for Easter dinner? My place - Spiral cut honey ham with glaze, turkey, gravy, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, baked squash casserole, fresh fruit salad, homemade dinner rolls, and carrot cake. Plus all the candy/chocolate eggs the kids & grandkids can haul off!

Amarillo is about a 10 hour drive from here. Where, exactly, in West Texas do you live and what time is dinner served?
