My pin has yet to work..

My pin has yet to work..

I recvd my pin on Feb 24. Everytime I try it online the website tells me that my info doesnt match. Ive called and they say that "probably means it just hasnt been entered yet"

Anyone else have the same issue.. or should i call them again?

Make sure you are entering it in the right section, not the instructor section.
