I have found this entire forum quite civil and informative, haven't run into any flakes or lowballers during my limited time and participation.

Well my offer above was made in jest, which was the reason for this little guy :biggrinjester: . I have listed I think two firearms here and did receive a couple "low ball" offers, but I didn't really get mad about it and when I declined said offers, nobody got mean with me. I can't really envision anyone here getting mad about some good old fashioned horse trading.

Uh, wouldn't that make it on the market?
Nope, that was a mistake on my part. I am tired of dealing with flakes and lowballers. It will remain in my hands until the market improves. I cannot belive the amount of people trying to buy it for $300-$400 and becoming offended when I dont accept.

Sorry to hear that. You seem to not understand what is going on very well.

You offered to sell a gun for what you think is a reasonable price.
You have been offered a price that is lower than what you want.
You didn’t like the price offered, and it obviously upset you.
You took your product off the market.
Is there something else that I do not understand??

The lowball offers didnt really upset me, thats pretty normal when selling anything. It was the extreme lowball offers followed by emailed trash talking. All I ever did to these people is respond with "not really looking for a trade for a XXXXXXX, if you would like to make another offer let me know. I appreciate your intrest" I just didnt understand how that brought on the nastiness that happened. I pulled the gun off the market untill things return to a bit more of a normal state. The Obama gun rush has got everything all out of wack.
