A sad commentary on our times indeed.

There is an e-mail going around of photos of American cemeterys in Europe. How dare Obama apologize for America to those ingrates who live and prosper today due to the sacrifices of America's fallen heroes!

i was watching the memorial day ceremonies on T.V. this morning, and when the president walked out, i got a little sick.

I can't say for sure, but those people sitting on their behinds all look rather young to me. The sole exception being the gentleman in the wheelchair standing up.

Now, who did or did not teach that generation to stand up when the flag passes by?

Looking at the clothing, I wouldn't be surprised if the photo is from the 80s or even the 70s.
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

I questioned the age of the photo also; however, the flag is still the flag. :patriot:
