Analysis of a mass murder

This is one of the recurring nightmares: random, violent crime erupting without notice.

In Seattle, in March of this year, a man attending a rave produced a weapon and killed six people. When police arrived, he killed himself.

The perpetrator had one charge of criminal mischief with a firearm on his record, but no violent crimes against people and no felonies.

An investigator eventually found a discarded note in which the perpetrator wrote, "I can't let them get away with what they're doing, ... I hate this world of sex they are striving to make."

Shades of the Kileen massacre, a deranged killer whose mind is boiling, with no one suspecting trouble.

There is a practical lesson in this. Anyone care to guess what I'm thinking?

Yeppers.

There are gatherings that attract criminals, shady characters, drug abusers, and lunatics. Raves are high on the list. I would add sex clubs, rough bars, and every illegal venue, like gambling places, dog fights, and cock fights.

It just ain't decent.

I've been to a rave before, when I was in high school. Kind of boring to me, I feel asleep. Woke up to 4 bangin hot chicks doing lines of coke two rows down. Needless to say it was an interesting sight.

I don't mind techno clubs but raves just don't do it for me. Too many people. While clubs are crowded, yes, its nothing compared to a rave.

And yes, I am younger - 23.
