Bars, gun, beer, fights... Yay for San Marcos

Post by Fangs »

Not sure where this fits or what purpose it serves, but I felt like sharing.

So the other night I was on the square in San Marcos at a bar / club. Towards the end of the night a fight broke out. Two girls went at it, their boyfriends jumped in, then their friends. It was pretty intense for 5 minutes or so, then they kicked everyone out. I talked to one of the guys who works there last night, and he mentioned that one kid had a gun on him that fell out when they tossed him outside. Glad to see our current laws are keeping people safe. :banghead:

I'm starting to think it might be time to let me friends fend for themselves in non-chl friendly establishments.

Naw, you need to continue in your role as the "Caped Avenger" applying kung-fu and ninja stuff where, and as, needed.

That's not quite true, it does tend to thin out the gene pool a bit from time to time.:

This has Nephews written all over it lol. I love that dive bar though. But yes, college town bars are not a place i like to frequent when i want a drink for the reasons mentioned above and a few others as well

The problem with bars is that college-aged males tend to think they're bullet-proof after hanging out there for a duration.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

IIRC, college age males are not the only problem with bars.
