How does this work? Why does TP&W clean up a corps. lake of old trot lines and other debris from a government owned lake in which state laws are denied? Pat Mayse is in the works now. :confused5

Money? Doesn't matter. It is stimulating the economy so we don't count THAT as money... :mad5
