I'd wait until Montana's law came online and then do a sale in both states at the same time and let the Govs of each state do the purchase. :rules:

I think all of these states asserting their 10th amendment right is great. I just don't know where it will get us. :headscratch

I wish it were otherwise but it seems all smoke and mirrors. I know very few, if any, people that would be willing to spend time in jail to prove a point. Given the history of the BATFE I doubt it's going to be a slap on the hand and take away their FFL. My guess is they would make an example of the first person caught.

So... who will make the first move?
