I really want this guy to go to jail for - if nothing else - being an idiot. But I can't come to terms with the ridiculous "laws" he is accused of breaking. What happened in NYC wouldn't even be a crime in Texas (except for the possible fact that he was in a 51% establishment? who knows for sure - it was a dance club apparently?)

How do states like New York continue to get away with these kinds of draconian infringements on our Second Amendment rights?
