Good week

Post by JackRR »

I had a good week for a change.

1. Found and bought small rifle primers from Midway. Ive had some on order from Cabela's since March.
2. Went to the range and had guys on both side of me shooting Ruger LCP's (I have one and have little ammo and not much brass to reload) they dont reload so I got their brass  . Now I got about 150 pcs of brass now to add to my reload inventory.
3. Found small pistol primers at Midway.

I am set for awhile on SP,SR,and LR primers. Hopefully the primers will be on a shelf at Cabela's or McBrides so I can not pay the HZMat and ship charges, next time I need them. The Federal SP primers cost me $94 for 2K. 29.99/1000 + 22.50 HZMat + shipping

A local shop in Lubbock had an ample supply of most types of primers today... :clapping:

However they were $60/thousand no matter the type...

Remington, Federal and CCI all in stock. 231 was $24.99/lb, HP38 was $26/lb, a fairly big powder selection too, if you were willing to pay that for it.

$26/ for 50 blazer brass in .40
$75 for 50 Winchester Ranger carry ammo in .45
$36 for 20 9mm gold dots...
UMC 200 rd value packs of .223 for $156
