There is a black chevy p/u, standard cab, being used to ram into the back of womens cars.
When the women pull over to inspect the damage and exchange accident info, a latin male,
24-30 yr old, acne scars, 5'8"-5'11", 170 lbs, abducts and rapes them at knife point. These
attacks have happened in the early morning hours, usually pre-dawn. This story has been on TV.
These attacks are in the Dallas area. Please warn the ladies in your life.

I stand to be corrected, but at one time, wasn't rape a capital offense in Texas, punishable by death in some cases???

I vaguely recall that it was the sentencing guidelines that were changed in Texas back in the 1920's or 30's that softened the penalties if convicted...

Our legal team here could probably confirm this...

At the very least, the guy doing this should be put together with a couple of cell mates named Bubba or Rufus...
