Wait to receive PIN

I did a search without much luck...What seems to be the average wait to receive the PIN in the mail...I understand I'm still in for a LOOOONNNNNGGG wait here, but I would love the opportunity to waste large portions of my life checking and rechecking my status online...LOL

what i did was , e-mailed them at 4 weeks requesting a PIN.
they replied back the next day with it .

then , the snailmail PIN letter showed up a week or so later .
