ooops

Post by mymojo »

So I've been recovering from Stage 1 Seminoma requiring a "radical bilateral orchiectomy". (prepare to squirm if yer gonna google that).

Well I finally came out of the hydrocodone haze (I hate that stuff). Since the fog had lifted I decided to take my A.D.D. meds. No big deal right? Well, I forgot that during the physical that found the cancer my doc had changed my dosages.

Therein lies the "whooops". I basically took double the dose of methamphetamines that I am used to. I'm sitting at my in-laws house outside of Lufkin at 3am trying not to wake anyone and really, really just wanting to do jumping jacks (so if I'm rambling I apologize). Tomorrow is gonna be a real challenge. I imaine I will be a ray of puuuuure sunshine in everyones day.

On the bright side I get to eat the best ribs in Texas this weekend: Stringers Lufkin BBQ!!!! Oh yeah, and I also gave my AR and CZ-82 really, really good cleanings. lol

Lol.. I've done that before... just not with that, but rather, drank a TON of Caffeine late at night (I don't drink Coffee or Caffeine in General, really), and was up till 4am rebuilding half of everything I owned.

The question on your procedure, I guess, would be, did you opt for the Prosthetic replacements?:

Hope your recovery is going well! :cheers2:

I had a friend back in the 1960s who had exactly your experience with the ADD meds (Ritalin, in his case), and he changed out all the doorknobs in the house during the night.
