Renewal completed in 18 days
I can't complain about DPS being slow. DPS received my application on 7/5, began processing on 7/14, and I just checked and it said it was complete/license active.
That is only 18 working days.

Yes, it is very beneficial to the applicant for the instructors to ensure the paperwork is complete. I appreciate it very much.
I spoke too soon about the plastic, it was in the mail yesterday when I got home, so that is 23 working days from receipt to delivery. Maybe they are speeding up.
I'm good to go until 2011!
