Received Package/letter from DPS with just one picture to be signed 7/31/2009

As of 8/18/2009 DPS WebSite still says "Application Incomplete"
8/21/09 Sent email requesting aknowledgement that my application is complete.
8/22/09 Received a package today from DPS. Had a letter telling me the DOB on my fingerprint card was not in the proper format. I had put X/XX/XXXX and they wanted XX/XX/XXXX. So I put a 0 in front of the nine for the month and mailed it back.

10/05/2009 Email from Texas DPS saying approved and sent to printers

I sent an email this morning asking about the status and received the following just then:

Sounds like you're the kind of guy with a low serial number, special edition, engraved Kimber in a manly round. :-)

We hope you'll still talk to us. (snicker, snicker)

LOL...No I said Mother is a NM girl...me...I drive a pickup and know where everything is in WalMart :)
I have lots of toys....but my pistols are a Glock 36, Glock 27, S&W 9VE, I like the Glock compacts with the Pierce +1 extensions...make for big caliber, low profile concealed carry....and the extensions give them the "big gun" grip I need...
My nightstand gun is a IDF Jericho .40 (known here in the US of A as a Baby Eagle)...it is too heavy for carry unless I use the shoulder holster....I didnt mean to come of as snobbish fella's.....sorry....I am a beer drinker and scratch where it itches....
