NRA Membership Upgrade - anyone else?

Post by thankGod »

I received some information earlier this week from the NRA offering to upgrade my Life Membership to an Endowment Life Membership for $200. This is down from $1000.

I can also add Life Memberships for family at $300 each, or a One year membership for $20 each.

I am sure that others on this board have received this offer, but I haven't seen any postings.

I will be upgrading to a full Endowment Membership, and letting them keep the "Legacy of Freedom" Bowie Knife promotion that is offered. I think they can use the extra funds.

I finally joined the NRA a couple of weeks ago, as an extended pay life member. I got my information packet in the mail the other day.

I too am an extended-pay life member. However in this critical period, I am paying my $25.00 on a bi-monthly basis instead of every quarter. I figure the NRA can use some help to its cash-flow.

If they offer me any deal as the OP mentions above, I would probably jump on it.

I haven't seen anything yet, but thanks for the heads up. Things are pretty tight now, but I think I can manage an upgrade.

I'm a life member who received that offer back in December. I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the endowment member as well as signing up my brother in law for a life membership. I was also able to donate $25 towards the life membership for someone in the armed forces.

I'm not a life member but received an offer to extend my membership by two years for a discounted price.

I know this was back in Feb. - but, I just received an offer from the NRA to upgrade my Life Membership to an Endowment Life Membership for $275.

Did anyone else get the newest offer? Did anyone take them up last time? Does anyone plan on upgrading to Endowment?

Is this worth it?....

I would love to be fully endowed.
