My wife and I got a gift card to Outback for our B-day. Went there today, the one off 75 and 15th. No 30.06 in sight, just a blue TABC sign. Just thought I would share.

I would have thought CHL holders were a section of the public I would want in my establishment
It's discriminatory, but not illegally so. CHL holders are not a protected class.

The classes of people that are legally protected from discrimination are:
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Religion
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Age (40 and over)
  • Sex
  • Familial status (for housing, exception to allow senior housing)
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability status
  • Veteran
  • Genetic

. . . so out of your categories, you've got to let the Catholic preachers in.

Haven't been to Outback in a while, but none had 30.06 signs.
