The above link contains a nice photo of the Italian Polizia de Stato (State Police) baby blue
and white Lamborghini that was driven to Amsterdam, Holland.

Although not stated in the above link, Lambo donated at least 2 of these cars to the Italian
LEO's. The LEO's assigned to the cars had to have special high speed training before using
these 202 MPH land rockets.

The Lambos are equipped with medical equipment so that the cruisers can reach accident
scenes quickly and start rendering aid.

The above link is to a photo and article on the 226 MPH Benz police cruiser.
It's surprising that for a half million dollar car that fast, they have an old school light
bar that is aerodynamically a brick, instead of a low profile bar with LED strobes.

You should see the new Chargers that Stephenville PD got: complete with low-profile light bars, and some administrator's brilliant idea of the big rectangular halogen spotlights dead center on the roof. Besides the awful aerodynamics and aesthetics, it completely removes any possibility of being discreet when there's a foot-tall black box on top of the white car.
