I know I will, I am just having to win this battle one inch at a time. I actually got a call from the DPS on Thursday, and, as I knew I would, had to 'splain some of my heathen ways.
It's OK though because I was prepared and had everything documented and just had to send them copies. So, I at least know that they are working on it, and that it is not sitting in the "back" room collecting dust. 
So....we shall see what the next week brings. Thanks to everyone for your support. I have had my days

The wait can be long, sometimes brutally long...but in the end it's well worth it. It's like your birthday AND Christmas wrapped into one little envelope....enjoy.
