OH: Man threatened to shoot iPhone in Apple store

Post by seamusTX »

In Cincinnati, Ohio, October 1, a customer at an Apple store said that he was so mad at his iPhone that he was ready to shoot it. He then displayed the pistol that he would presumably use.

The police were called and he was arrested.

He had a concealed-carry license.

No more CHL for this smart old fashion, straight guy. Maybe Apple does not like bikers or idiots with guns. ;)

He had a concealed-carry license.
Yes he did, but no longer. (assuming OH has similar laws as Texas). Dumb as dirt. :nono:

I didn't realize Apple employees were protected specifically under current laws..
Goodrich is charged with aggravated menacing, causing fear of harm to an Apple employee.

I don't even need to look up Ohio law to know that this kind of thing is going to get his license yanked and cost him thousands of dollars in legal fees.
