Lemme see.....LIA lives in Austin. The licenses are mailed from Austin. He went from processing app, to app complete Thursday morning in the wee hours.

I'm thinking today's the day, possibly tomorrow(Saturday), with no later than Monday as the longshot. If this was a horse race I'd make a "place" bet. :lol:
