Got PIN today,,,

Well I had emailed DPS Sunday about my PIN, and got a reply saying that it was not in the system yet.
Today I recived my PIN letter in the mail, Excited I tried to login to no avail, it tells me that I am not "elligible for this service" anyone else had this happen?

either you clicked the wrong area (make sure you are not clicking in the instructors section)
or input your info wrong .

I entered the wrong month for my b-day and got that same message, rechecked my info and all was well. I was so excited i put MAR instead of MAY!

The PIN # is case sensitive. Plus make sure you choose the top section for CHL and not the bottom one for Instructors. Be sure to include ALL numbers in your D.L. even if the first digit is zero.

When i check in (often) my pin is not case sensitive, IE pin =Y978 (not mine) i would just enter y978. Maybe it is for some though.?.

I have tried it every way I could, I sent them an email so maybe I will hear whats up tomorrow.

No Bonc_CHL all potshots taken by USA1 are directed at me. Little does he know I have fully body armor on and it just bounces off like water off a duck's back.

Ok well after a week of emails back and forth with DPS, the error was on their end. They had keyed a number of my DL in wrong, so I can now log on!
I am feeling like we are making some progress now, (just not much).
