I was not on a jury this time. We weren't even sworn in en masse the way jury candidates usually are.

Although I had nothing to do with it, a jury found Royce Zeigler guilty of capital murder yesterday. He will be sentenced automatically to life in prison without parole. Galveston County DA personally prosecuted the case:
