Was logging on to post a big THANK YOU to all who served and glad to see that MANY beat me to it!

To those of you who gave selflessly in defense of God and Country, you are loved and appreciated more than mere words can describe. Thank you is not enough - but will have to suffice as there is really no way to do you the proper honor you deserve. :patriot:

My favorite veterans left this world a few years back. One grandfather would be 92 years old today. Always thought it quite fitting that as a member of "The Greatest Generation", his b-day should be on Veteran's Day.

Thanks, WarHawk, for that picture. I e-mailed it to all of my "Army Buddies"...with some Airmen and a few Sailors thrown in for good measure. Whether you gave "some" or gave "all"...my most heartfelt appreciation to you. HOOAH!

Got a call from an "Army Buddy" (hes a real freind not just an "army buddy") today. He is home on R and R from the IZ. We both served 06-08 in Taji together. It felt wierd. He was getting home and I am just chilling in Sam Houston. I felt bad but I am glad he is home on his break.

Thanks to all before me, with me and after me!

Subject: THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND CONTINUE TO DO

It has come to my attention that on this forum there are members, past and present who deserve a great big thank you. So without any further pomp and circumstance, here it goes:

THANK YOU! :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot: :patriot:

Additionally, there are certainly members here whose family members served - to you I say, your sacrifice is appreciated and we all owe you a debt of gratitude.
